delivery and returns



For transparency we keep delivery costs separate rather than incorporating them into the product price and they are kept in line with the delivery company prices

Unless otherwise stated or arranged all items are sent by myHermes standard delivery service (you do not need to select this option, it will be added automatically at checkout).


The delivery charge is based on weight of order and confirmed in your shopping basket on purchasing, as of 3 April 2019 the following is indicative of charges;

- 1 x small bag, £2.85

- 1 x big bag, £4.05

- 2 - 5 big bags, £6.49


We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 days of receipt of order (our cutoff for specific next day dispatch is 7pm each evening), and delivery then generally takes 2-5 working days (we are advised to allow up to 14 days however this is very unusual)


We also offer the option to select 1st Class Signed For (Royal Mail) - this is generally a next day service although not guaranteed (this service is based on working days, any orders placed after 7pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday).  This service starts at £6.60 for 1 bag.


If you need your item more urgently or need signed for delivery please contact us by emailing before placing an order.


amending your order

We can not accept amendments to orders placed at once the order confirmation email has been sent.  Please check your basket contents carefully before placing the order and ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered. 


returns, exchanges and refunds

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and undertake a final quality check on each order sent out.  

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or have changed your mind then we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving the products, providing the products have not been used, washed or damaged and are returned to us in their original condition.


If for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us at to obtain a returns code and address.


Unless the return is due to faulty goods the consumer is liable for any associated packing, post and insurance costs for returning the products. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. 


We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 14 days of the product being received back by us for exchanges or refunds to be issued.  Please note we are unable to refund postage costs.


In cases where the product is considered faulty two queen bees will reimburse the consumer for basic postage costs (we will also refund original postage costs where a refund is issued over a replacement).


privacy and data protection

We keep a record of some of the information you give us, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you may send us.


We do this to help us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services.


We do not pass on your details to any third party but may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes.  Should you wish to remove your contact details for this purpose please contact us at   We do pass your email details on to myHermes for delivery tracking purposes, should you not wish us to do this please advise us directly.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order where we have incomplete order details or fraudulent activity is suspected.
